[Feature] Provide worker ID in function context

Knowing which worker a given function is executed on can help to optimize the resource allocation. So it would be great to provide this information inside the process. But that requires a number of modifications.

Can the worker ID be communicated via the initialization function? Then it would be clear for the user how to access this information.
