font.set_linesize is not implemented

Running font.set_linesize(16) works fine on desktop pygame, but leads to a black screen and the following error in the debug view in the browser:

NotImplementedError: TTF_SetFontLineSkip is not available in this version of SDL_ttf

Tbh i don't think i'll work on that soon, so unless emscripten ports begin to ship a more current SDL_ttf https://github.com/emscripten-ports/SDL2_ttf i'll wait the switch to SDL3 that will solve it for sure.
