Fix bug when passing a
WarpedVRTobject, for whichsrc_crswas explicitly specified, toopen_raster().open_rastario()creates a newWarpedVRTobject by getting init params from the originalvrt. This PR adds some of those params (e.g.src_crs) which were missing.isort -rc . && black . && mypy . && flake8whats-new.rstfor all changes andapi.rstfor new API
