Add pixi task for updating docstring examples? #11192

Is your feature request related to a problem?
I've found it a little cumbersome getting pytest-accept to run correctly when for example when updating aggregations.
Sometimes it feels like it is differences between operating systems that makes it hard to follow the small script guides we have in for example generate_aggregations.
Would adding a standardized task (or pre-commit?) to automatically fix any errors seen in the examples be interesting?
One risk is it might be overused and unintentionally misses actual bugs so should definitely be triggered manually.
