Rework getting-started Explore cards into a capability map - #2122

Replace the Explore grab-bag with cards that map Logfire's breadth and differentiators: watch it live, query with SQL, dashboards & alerts, evaluate & ship AI features, metrics & infrastructure, and integrations. Reworks the Explore section of the getting-started hub so it maps Logfire's breadth and differentiators instead of a grab-bag of four links.
Quickstarts (unchanged) — the three action cards: send your first trace, trace AI & LLM calls, let an AI agent set it up.
Explore (reworked) — six capability cards:
"Choose your path" moves from a card into the intro line (a router-to-a-router doesn't need a card).
