New release?

It'd be nice to have a new release available on PyPI to aid downstream free-threaded Python 3.14 support.

Cool, so just a PR bumping the version and then we can tag easily.

We also need to add to the changelog that we now error loudly for passwords >72 chars.

Should we do 5.0 as a result of that, or 4.4.0?
