[Bug] Uncontrolled USB Host disconnect is not detected

We have a known issue about the hubs not knowing when the host has gone away. This can happen is Pybricks Code or the browser is closed before it could unsubscribe.

To reproduce: Connect EV3 or Spike Prime with USB. The light indicator turns green. Closing Pybricks Code leaves the light green.

Updated original post to make the case at hand more precise. We were also not updating the UI when the cable was unplugged, but that sub-issue is already fixed as we speak.
