[Bug] USB on Android get stuck

Describe the bug
The run/stop buttons sometimes stop working on Android.

Clicking the disconnect button and connecting again re-establishes normal connectivity.

To reproduce

• v4.0.0b4 (Pybricks Labs v2026-01-25-d9dcb8b8b51dbbe068e9aaaf728fbee3bd0d7038)
• Connect with USB on Android.
• Run a basic Hello World program. As in the video (first three lines were empty).
• Run it a few times.
• Run button greys out.

Expected behavior
Work normally, stay in a functional state.
