ADD: section on tutorials for docs to the docs section of our guide & accessibility

Right nwo the current pr #14 is missing a few core things.
rather than adding to that PR, it might make sense to create a new PR with two additional items

• adding accessibility features to documentation
• Adding tutorials using tools like sphinx gallery (unless there is a better option i think that one is good). this also then dovetails as a test of the package workflows!
