In the tutorial notebook under **How to create peptides** there is a reference to `reference_parameteres` a folder which does not exist in the repo. I guess you mean the folder `parameters` but I could be wrong.

Hi @Zitzeronion! Yes, you are right. We did several small changes in the repository before our first release a few weeks ago before most of our team members went on vacation and did not have the time to clean-up the tutorial accordingly yet. We highly appreciate your contributions to the tutorial which we hope is being useful.
