I added a few changes because the polyampholyte showed in the figure had a custom residue list that was different than the example diblock polymer discussed in the exercise and in the sample script. The exercise and the sample scripts now consistently refer to the polyampholyte in the figure.

Removed
solution_tutorial.ipynbto avoid code repetition. Instead, the exercise inpyMBE_tutorial.ipynbhas been adapted to match one of the examples insamples.
