This adds all the yt quickstart notebooks: http://yt-project.org/docs/3.0/bootcamp/ . I'm also looking at adding some additional bits about matplotlib, etc, but is there any guidance on what should be covered there? (@aterrel)

I cover some basic matplotlib in the intro. I think it would be better to some survey of other HPC style plotting (like Visit or Paraview). But don't kill yourself, if it goes in the final but not this deadline that's fine.

Sounds good. I don't think I'll make it in for this deadline, but I can do
some of the other tools before the deadline. I just have to learn them
first.
