Forget the sketch window position after restarting

"yesterday in class (Windows OS) I had 2 students who hat their sketch windows placed outside the visible screen for some reason. I managed to bring it back but it was very hard. I wonder how could we avoid this. Should perhaps Thonny forget the sketch window position after restarting?"

Cheers @tabreturn, this issue is still plaguing some students, in the most recent Windows versions I found it even harder to bring the window back on screen. O some situations it is possible to change the screen resolution to help, but not always...

I'm assuming #75 solves this issue, even if the plug-in does not forget the window position.

If someone sees this issue manifest itself again, we'll re-open this.
