Is PyPDF2 dead? Is there an alive fork?

The last commit was from 2018, there are 87 open PRs and 263 open issues. It seems as if the project is dead. Is there an alive fork?

Edit: PyPDF2 is back! I'm now the maintainer!

For completeness, the author's last activity on github was actually this issue:

• PyPDF3 - 404 not found
• PyPDF4 - last commit june 2020, with hopes for further activity at Re-launch claird/PyPDF4#76 but stalled Create newer release for PyPI? claird/PyPDF4#85

So the suggestions that were linked earlier from SO, seem to be where things are at.
