Deprecate old singular author field.
So that the custom serialization and deserialization routines could be removed. Also remove the builder code which places an unnecessary maintenance burden as I am not using it.
So that the type can be re-used in other contexts.

This adds the
authorsandlanguagefields and deprecates theauthorfield and should now make this library compatible with the 1.1 spec.
