We can move quite a few functions up(down?) the hierarchy. So you don't need a full Monad to use >=> or a full Applicative to use <*.

This looks great, but will break a lot of packages, and I don't have time to fix them right now. Can you please have a look at purescript-test-everything, and see what this would break?
