Description of the change
As of the PureScript 0.14 compiler release this library has been deprecated. This PR deletes all files from the library, leaving only the deprecation notice. The same notice has been set in the v6.1.3 tag for this library, which also adds the
pursuit-deprecatedkeyword to thebower.jsonfile. That tag can be published to Pursuit once 0.14 has been released.
