Include CofreeT?

Currently there is no standard CofreeT.

The only implementation available in Pursuit is in Proact which exists just to support it's own web framework.

Should purescript-freet be the home for this, as similarly Cofree lives in purescript-free?

It looks like Proact was taken off of pursuit; there's also an implementation that lives here (but that's also not in pursuit).

Coming back to this a few years after it was opened. I think CofreeT should be included here because Cofree is included in purescript-free
