Enable bash completion for bolt

Completion works for bolt options when run directly or via bundle exec and expands nodes from ~/.ssh/config.

Usage

$ bolt [TAB]
$ bundle exec bolt [TAB]
$ bolt -[TAB]
$ bolt --nodes [TAB]
$ bolt --nodes node1,[TAB]
