Worldcam Startup / Skip PupilDrvInst

Hi,
the first startup of pupil capture after the PC (Windows 10) was booted does not finish until I unplug and replug the world cam (Logitech C920). It seems that PupilDrvInst does not finish correctly. 

Is it possible to add a commandline flag to pupil capture to skip the PupilDrvInst startup?
