Broken link on `Build a provider` page

Problem description

On the Build a Provider page there is a link to using dynamic provider functions at docs/iac/using-pulumi/extending-pulumi/build-a-dynamic-provider. That link 404s.

Should it point to docs/iac/concepts/resources/dynamicc-providers?
