Today, the GitHub Actions action does not support projects created in an NX monorepo structure.

I am thinking that could change by being just able to select a glob to match Pulumi projects with, and then apply the given command on them in sequence.

The dilemma though might be that some projects need to run before others. This is typically seen in a project.json file for each project.
