panel installation on CentOS 8 broken because symlink is gone

Describe the bug
mariadb-secure-installation does not exist on CentOS 8, which makes the panel script currently broken.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Run the script on CentOS 8 (panel).

Expected behaviour
Installation to work.
