MQTT Auth

Added mqtt auth to mqtt connection broker. Details in config.master.ini

IVS Features

Added detection of IVS features. Will add ability to filter in types it item found in IVS, ie Human rather than Smoke

New NVR

Issues with new NVR, has no channel list, so having to move away from current. Found issue when there's no channel list, an event would error out.
