Build image failed

Hello! I am on Mac OS Sonoma 14.4, trying to install axiom via ibm as the provider. I followed all the install steps and verified the dependencies, but am getting a build failed error:

Seems maybe something in the dependencies for packer-build-ibmcloud is not compatible with mac os (based on exec format error) but any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am just running on zsh but maybe a virtual environment would be better?

this a packer error, are you on an ARM mac or x86?

might need to adjust the docker build bits to fix this if you're on an ARM mac

also this seems to not be an issue with whatever axiom is and instead an issue with packer itself based on the builder failing to initialize

(for context I just found it today, seems to be a wrapper around packer, hashicorp, specifically)

I have an M3 chip, so ARM

any tips for adjusting the docker build bits? thanks for getting back to me on this
