Initial import of the marker module from upstream private Provenance blockchain. This version includes some basic cli based tests which have passed (although the in process cluster seems to be extremely slow on my laptop so the number of tests included was limited). Further adjustments may be required to subset these tests for the automated github action checks if they take too long to execute.
Also includes minor updates to upstream proto dependencies and the over all flags for
provenancedto fix missing log output.Additional effort to follow separately for increased test coverage/refinement. This beta release is focused on getting initial features in the query api integrated for the Provenance Explorer team to work from.
