Document not in category showing up in category filter

Describe the bug

When looking at the category filter we see the first document 2025 proposed budget showing as expected in the category. We also see Draft Minutes Dec 10, 2024 showing despite not being in the category.

If you add Draft Minutes Dec 10, 2024 to the category of Proposed Budget then we get the next most recent document added to the document filter list. This holds true for other categories that have been checked on the filter screen, they show the most recent published document in addition to all the other documents that are in the category.

This does not hold true if you visit the taxonomy term archive page where it only shows the documents as expected.

When checking another customer their category filtering seems to work as expected without the extra document added that is not in the filtered category.

Turns out the site had an extra Document List widget on the page which was pulling the extra content. Nothing was wrong with the code running on the page.
