Handle SIGKILL and SIGTERM correctly in all paths of the code

• make sure data is saved as early as possible during the process of doing a deployment

• warn user of doing SIGKILL & SIGTERM may risk screwing up the current operation, and tell him to press the interrupt key (ctrl-c) twice before stopping the actual operation
