- Revamped CompileRegistry to be smart about artifacts and recompiling
- Added Sideloading of the BlockProver into the SettlementContracts. Artifacts are used to describe a "previously compiled program" that can be sideloaded. This mechanism can also be used for all other protocol circuits in the future
- Added incremental compilation and artifact distribution to the worker startup
