Suspected memory leak

I unfortunately don't have much evidence for this, nor information regarding the source, though today I saw an issue where a Jacquard server (under Waitress) had reached ~1.7G of memory usage. The process had been running for ~36 days. After restarting, the same process used ~360M -- quite a reduction.
