Potential Anchor link conflicts in docs

I think in general we have potential for anchor link conflicts with generic names like this or <link_config> for PagerDuty, etc.

I investigated this locally by scanning all Markdown docs for duplicate headings and for normalized anchor collisions (accounting for case, underscores, hyphens, and whitespace).

I did not find any current anchor collisions. However, several generic section names (e.g. link_config, http_config, troubleshooting, health check) are reused across different docs and contexts. While they do not currently collide, they pose a risk of ambiguous anchors as the documentation grows or if pages are combined/rendered together.

This appears to be a preventative documentation concern rather than an active bug. If it makes sense, I can propose a small, targeted docs change to disambiguate the most generic headings based on context to future-proof the anchors.
