Evaluate stat_user_tables NULL columns

Proposal

As mentioned in #904, we should evaluate what NULL metrics mean in the stat_user_tables collector. If a column from the query is NULL, should that metric be exported as the zero value, or should the exporter refrain from exporting that metric at all.
