Sync CI/CD workflows including but not limited to:

• Update Mesa Examples .precommit sync with Mesa as appropriate
• Update Mesa Examples pyproject sync with Mesa as appropriate, ensure tests against github repo
• Add codecov and spelling ignore
• Add coderabbit

Update examples including but not limited to

• Make all examples compatible with 3.2
• Ensure readme and instructions consistent with 3.2
• Ensure READMEs consistent as appropriate
