Update Bank_Reserves example for mesa 3.1.4

The current code for the bank_reserves example doesn't work with the latest mesa version i.e 3.1.4.

The following changes are supposed to be made to ensure that it works perfectly well:

• update the portrayal
• Add Solara support for visualization
• remove mesa modular server implementation
• update requirements.txt
