Full end-to-end testing is complete. A user may not tokenize any object and then fractionalize any tokenized object. The entire process is reversible.
The repo is cleaned up. The tokenize code is in tokenize-scripts and the fractional code is in fractionalize-scripts.
A recompile will be required for production use as the "Newm" wallets are just the dev testnet wallets for now.
