feat(limestone): add scripts: tgcmpct_logs.sh and tgdel_logs.sh

tgcmpct_logs.sh: Requests online compaction
tgdel_logs.sh: Deletes logs that can be removed after online compaction

Bug fix: Fixed an issue where online compaction could fail when trying to process logs that were deleted by tgdel_logs.sh
