When the bitmap property of JvBitmapButton was set in the Object Inspector, Transparent was not working.
By setting the FBitmap.Transparent property to True in the Create method, the transparent color was reflected.
Also, in the MouseDown event, the FBitmap.Transparent property was judged the other way around, which has been fixed.
