Destroy the cluster and all the stored state on the cluster.

  • remove vm's
  • remove named
  • remove dhcpd
  • remove /data/openshift-installer
  • remove /data/ipaddresses
  • clear firewall rules - especially port forwards
  • etc

  • delete /var/lib/tftp/rhcos
  • delete /var/www/html

When applying changes for #72, the boot target for PXELinux was renamed
but the default option wasn't changed.
