Shell example: EFR32 platform added. #7317

Problem:

Silicon Labs' EFR32 support added to the Shell example.

Change overview

Added EFR32 supporting files under examples/shell/efr32, and src/lib/shell

Testing

  • Shell example compiled and on EFR32MG12.
  • Terminal run from serial port.
  • Openthread network configured and joined.
  • Ping command executed from controller to EFR32.

Looks good. Should change the copyright of all new files to 2021
