Update lock-app gen/ folder with ZAP generated content

Problem

This PR is the part of #3464 that concerns the lock-app.
It replace the gen/ folder of the lock-app from content generated by AppBuilder by content generated by ZAP and the templates in src/app/zap-templates

This content has been generated running the following command (based on #3935 but it is not required to land this PR):

./scripts/tools/zap_generate.sh examples/lock-app/lock-common/lock-app.zap

Summary of Changes

• Update most gen/ files of the lock-app
• Uses emberAfOnOffClusterInitCallback instead of emberAfClusterInitCallback in ZclCallbacks.cpp for lock examples
