Update qpg_sdk for GCC 12.2 compiler warnings

Issue:
Pigweed updated his compiler to GCC 12.2 in google/pigweed@6717dc9

Dependabot could not upgrade due to the warnings in our SDK code.
see - #26031

Fix:
SDK code now updated to fix seen warnings

Testing:
Local build with 12.2.mpacbti-rel1.1 version done to check warning-free run.
