Change summary

1. Remove endpoint 2 because it is unused.
2. Remove redundant clusters on endpoint 0: Thread Network diagnostics, OTA software update provider, fixed and user label clusters
3. Remove redundant clusters on endpoint 1: Barrier control, Switch, Scenes
4. Enable only client support on the following clusters on endpoint 1: On/Off, LevelControl
5. Set FeatureMap to 5 in NetworkCommissioning cluster (for WiFi + Ethernet device)
6. Change endpoint 1's device type to 41 for Matter Video Casting Client

Testing

Tested with the Linux tv-casting-app and tv-app and checked that we are able to successfully commission the tv-casting-app and send the content launcher command / subscribe to MediaPlayback CurrentState
