[Silabs] [SiWx917] Bugs fixes for SiWx917 platform

Matching the onnetwork pairing like ssid => chip_default_wifi_ssid and psk => chip_default_wifi_psk for lighting app. For other application it is already done.
and one small logging fix produced by #24248
