Remove af-gen-event.zapt

Remove unused af-gen-event.zapt.

No json file references it and the comments in it say that it does not work with CHIP.
The referenced #3637 was closed as not needed and 1.0 launched without this file being needed.

We still have 111 zapt files (yikes!) but at least this is one less since it is unused.
