[Build] Enabling chip_inet_config_enable_tcp_endpoint on NXP mcxw71 causes build failure

Setting chip_inet_config_enable_tcp_endpoint = true in src/platform/nxp/mcxw71/args.gni to support TCP for CASE session results in the following build error when compiling examples/lighting-app/nxp/mcxw71:

I just check within src/inet/TCPEndPointImplOpenThread.cpp, most of the functionality is not implemented and return CHIP_ERROR_NOT_IMPLEMENTED
