[Silabs]Rework KVS keymap implementation. (#25503)

* Rework KVS keymap. Add a migration for the kvs changes and migrationManager to handle future migrations. Optimize baseApplication code

* Restyled by whitespace

* Restyled by clang-format

* fix build for SED options
