This changeset prepares the toolkit for use with the upcoming 13.0 release and addresses changes which have been made to the OpenEdge 12.2 LTS and OpenEdge 12.8 LTS product releases. Additionally, with the official retirement of the OpenEdge 11.7 product in April of 2025, other changes focused on replacing outdated practices and removing code which is no longer necessary with the deprecation of that release.
