OK, I'm done with that appendix. I took out the little server commands because they're not super important and not really used by themselves. I think this is good for what I'm trying to do here.

Cool, I'll take a look tonight. I'm working on the JGit section now, unless you want it, in which case I'll switch over to the libgit2 stuff.

Okay, that's a good stab at JGit. Do you think it's the right amount?

Yeah, that is fantastic. Thanks for tackling the libgit2 expansion too, it's looking great.

Added some more content around the ODB backend, and tweaked some wording. I'm going to merge this; feel free to change things if you hate them.
