feat(footer): use @profullstack/footer

Renders the copyright line and the Profullstack ring nav (<< Profullstack >>, random, vote) with @profullstack/footer (latest), server-side, so template updates published to the package reach this site without a redeploy. The hand-written ring nav is removed so the ring appears once.

Rich footer (ad slot, About/Explore/RSS/Participate columns) kept. The bottom bar (copyright, ring nav, Terms/Privacy/Source) is now <Footer> from the package, rendered from the root layout, with those three links passed as links. The outer element became a div so footers do not nest, and the unused .footer-bottom CSS is gone. tsc is clean.
