How to rotate HDMI Screen waveshare 7.9 inch 400x1280 pixel

I installed PINN on Raspberry pi 4 with waveshare 7.9 inch 400x1280 pixel touch screen. No mater i config in config.txt or config.hdmi, the screen always in portal mode. How can i setup it in landscape mode?

You could try changing the graphics driver to vc4-fkms-v3d.
Also try forcing the 32-bit -7l kernel to load instead.
I don't have a waveshare display so I can't test it.
